Objectives
Establish a well trained and resourced Republican Network within each of the 24 State Assembly Districts (AD) in LA County.
Establish individual Action Plans
and Budgets for each AD
To include: Community engagement with Neighborhood Councils and Community Groups and organizations, public and private. Business & Chambers of Commerce participation. Develop strong presence in Government Affairs Organizations and relationship with local elected officials. Establish a strong network of precinct leaders in the AD with the goal of providing a resource to resolve local quality of life issues.
Strategic Plan
24 Assembly Districts fully staffed with proactive 7 Central Committee Members with 7 Alternates. Regional Training for all Central Committee members on duties, responsibilities, and opportunities.
